Party Venue: Outback Steakhouse Libis

We took advantage of the Chinese New Year holiday and decided to do ocular of the places in Ortigas we were eyeing for Erin's birthday party. Our initial guest list count reached about 30 people, so at least we had that to start our inquiries with.

First off the list (and on the way), Outback Steakhouse. We have not dined here before, but we've heard good reviews about the food. Steak is steak. Mark, the manager on duty, was very accommodating and answered all our questions well.

Here are the party packages of Outback Steakhouse for a minimum of 20 persons:

These packages come with free use of their function room for three (3) hours. However, I was told that if your party would be over 20 persons, they will be providing the main restaurant area instead. Walk-in guests would be entertained at the bar area.

The packages also include free use of projector, sound system, party banner, and free balloons in your preferred colors. Drinks can be upgraded to bottomless for a minimal price. If you prefer a buffet setup, there will be an additional charge of  P1,000 for the buffet table styling.

Notes

• Free parking is available for you and your guests. I do not want to bother people with having to look (and pay) for a secure parking slot for their vehicle, so this is a huge plus.
• The main restaurant seemed a little dim to my liking, since it was already around 5PM when we got there. It was okay with Allan, though.
• It was kind of important to me that the manager/people we were talking to would at least smile at Margaret. She is the celebrant after all.
